Fat loss diet
program
Toning is
necessary for any athlete who wants to get a slim, harmonious body and
prominent muscles, such as bodybuilders who want to win championships, we can
define drying as the process of following a system that burns fat that
accumulates on the muscles that were built during the amplification stage.
The drying
stage depends mainly on eating proteins, with small amounts of carbohydrates,
fats, sugars and other elements, and what distinguishes this system from other
systems, is that a person loses many kilograms without affecting his muscle
mass and strength.
Unfortunately,
the drying stage is not an easy thing, as it is one of the most difficult
stages that a bodybuilder goes through due to the severity of the obligations
that must be adhered to. It not only requires following a specific diet, but
also includes special exercises and different lifestyles… Hmm, it seems
complicated?
