3- The diet achieves the best results:

 

Eating a diet rich in protein and low in fat has a positive effect on enlarging the size of your veins. Make sure that the amount of protein (in grams) that you eat during the day is approximately equal to twice your weight in kilograms in order to obtain satisfactory results. Drinking water also in addition to eating food items that contain unsaturated fats such as nuts, olive oil, and different types of fish allows blood to flow smoothly in your blood vessels.
